In addition to being a licensed REALTOR,® I have earned the nationally recognized Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification. This certification is awarded to REALTORS® who have completed strict and educational training that gives REALTORS® skills in pricing properties, creating comparative market analysis, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they may have about home values.
