Being a Realtor® is more than buying and selling property.  Being a Realtor® means sharing in the joy that comes from helping someone find that perfect home, invest in their future, and hopefully build long-lasting relationships in their community.  Whether you are looking for your first home, a larger home, or looking to downsize, I’d like to be part of that process.  My goal is to build long-term relationships with my clients… to become their trusted real estate advisor.  I take the time to truly listen to your wants and needs, then I put my knowledge and experience to work to make them a reality.

I’m Queen Creek’s hometown Realtor®

Although I am licensed to sell real estate anywhere in the state of Arizona, I’ve chosen to focus on my hometown, Queen Creek.  Many real estate agents claim to be “local market experts” but I am truly Queen Creek’s Home Town Realtor. Born and raised in northern Arizona, I moved to the valley in 1989. Having lived in Scottsdale, Mesa, Ahwatukee, and Gilbert, I chose to make Queen Creek my home in 2010. I am a graduate of the Queen Creek Citizen Leadership Institute, I’ve owned a small business in Queen Creek, and I am active in our community. Not only do I know the real estate market in Queen Creek, I know the town extremely well. They say, “if you want to know the best places, ask a local”, this stands true for real estate too.  This knowledge is critical in helping you find the right home, in the right area, that meets your needs. Absent this knowledge of the town I don’t believe anyone can really be a “local market expert”.



The Commitment To Excellence endorsement (C2EX) goes to Realtors® who have demonstrated knowledge and competency in 10 core areas of real estate practice; Client service, Professional reputation, Real estate law, Realtor® Code of Ethics, Equal service to all (Article 10 of the Code), Advocacy of real property ownership, Trust and integrity Use of technology, and Data privacy.  The C2EX endorsement is available only to Realtors®. It is earned through a self-directed program that enables real estate professionals to assess and build on their competency in each of the core areas.  In addition to demonstrating competency in all 10 areas, I was required to show a commitment to creating and maintaining an environment that promotes excellent customer service consistent with these standards.


Representing buyers is my passion.  As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, I was required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.  If you are in the market for a new home you need an ABR to help you through the process.  And best of all, my services are free to buyers.

In addition to being a licensed REALTOR,® I have earned the nationally recognized Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification. This certification is awarded to REALTORS® who have completed strict and educational training that gives REALTORS® skills in pricing properties, creating comparative market analysis, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they may have about home values. Seniors Real Estate Specialists® or SRES® designees are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+. By earning the SRES® Designation, I now have the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. NAR redesigned the e-PRO® curriculum to better meet the challenges of today’s real estate market. The new e-PRO® program has been expanded to include data security and strategies for safeguarding clients’ private information.

Social media is evolving every day so it is vital that REALTORS® embrace the new technology and online resources that have become an integral part of the home buying and selling process. Agents who earn the e-PROÒ certification are dedicated to making the most of today’s social media and technology to help consumers with their real estate needs, whatever they may be.

Many real estate agents shy away from New Home Construction simply because they haven’t taken the time to learn the process and educate themselves to the many advantages of new built homes. This is a big mistake and often limits the buyer’s choices. I believe new built homes offer some of the best value available today and to help my clients navigate the process of buying a new home I have completed the training to become a Certified New Home Co-Broker and New Home Ambassador. This training gives me the tools to work comfortably with onsite sales consultants while guarding your best interest at the same time.
