Many real estate agents shy away from New Home Construction simply because they haven’t taken the time to learn the process and educate themselves on the many advantages of new built homes. This is a big mistake and often limits the buyer’s choices. I believe new built homes offer some of the best value available today and to help my clients navigate the process of buying a new home I have completed the training to become a Certified New Home Co-Broker.
